Smart home products must be installed per manufacturer instructions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation. Check product compatibility with your existing systems before purchase.

Orders & Payment

Orders processed within 2-3 business days. Payment via Stripe in USD.

Shipping

We ship within the US. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damages in transit.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Opened electronics are non-refundable unless defective. Contact support@powerhousesmarthome.com to initiate a return.
