Delivery
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is available on all orders across the continental United States. Delivery timescales depend on product type:
Delivery charges
Free standard delivery on orders over $75. Orders under $75: $6.99 standard delivery.
PowerhouseClub Plus and Elite members receive free standard delivery on all orders over $50.
Express delivery
Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available on eligible products at checkout. Express charges vary by order value and product size and are shown at checkout before payment.
Alaska & Hawaii
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are available for most products. Extended timescales apply (10–21 working days for most items) and additional delivery charges will be shown at checkout. Free delivery thresholds do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii orders.
Tracking
A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received a tracking email within the estimated dispatch window, check your spam folder or contact orders@powerhousesmarthome.com.
Returns
30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition (unused, undamaged)
- In original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to return
1. Email returns@powerhousesmarthome.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send a prepaid returns label within 2 working days.
3. Package the item securely and drop it at your nearest carrier collection point or arrange a pickup.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned: products that have been assembled and show signs of use, custom or made-to-order products, items marked as “clearance final sale” on the product listing, and perishable goods.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
