Orders
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your delivery. You can also check your order status in your PowerhouseClub dashboard if you have an account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order will have entered our fulfilment process. Contact us immediately at orders@powerhousesmarthome.com.
I haven’t received my order confirmation — what should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and approximate order date and we’ll resend it.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 working days. Larger items (furniture) are typically 5–14 working days. Express options are available at checkout for most products.
Is delivery free?
Free standard delivery on orders over $75. PowerhouseClub Plus and Elite members get free delivery on orders over $50. Delivery charges for orders under the threshold and for express services are shown at checkout.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii may have extended delivery timescales and additional charges — these will be shown at checkout.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. See our full Delivery & Returns page for details.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@powerhousesmarthome.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send a returns label within 2 working days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
