These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Powerhouse Smart Home website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Powerhouse Smart Home operates this website. References to “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Powerhouse Smart Home.

2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders will have entered fulfilment and cancellation may not be possible. Contact orders@powerhousesmarthome.com immediately if you need to cancel.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you see at the time of checkout is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Full delivery terms are in our Delivery & Returns policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in original condition. Full details are in our Delivery & Returns policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

6. Marketplace sellers

Some products on this site are listed and fulfilled by approved third-party brand partners. Where this is the case, it will be indicated on the product listing. Marketplace sellers are responsible for their own product descriptions, stock levels and fulfilment. We facilitate the transaction but are not the seller of record for marketplace items.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, images, design, logos and The Powerhouse Edit product designs are the intellectual property of Powerhouse Smart Home and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. PowerhouseClub membership

PowerhouseClub Plus and Elite memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Benefits (discounts, early access) are active for the duration of the paid membership only. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days’ notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from use of this website or purchase of products is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
